Bag MOQs are usually per style, in a full colour and size run rather than a few mixed pieces.

Ask explicitly whether a mixed quantity is allowed and at what uplift.

Taking price versus run price

Stalls quote a taking price for small or scattered quantities and a run price for a full set. These can differ sharply.

Ask for both and write down the run behind each.

Cost of skipping checks

Leather goods fail on materials and hardware. Check zipper, lining, edge paint and hardware on the sample before committing.

Ask for a material spec and scrap of material for testing on larger runs.

Compare honestly

Compare like for like: material, construction and finish. A cheaper unit on thinner material is not cheaper.
