We collect the minimum information needed to answer your requirement: the details you submit and technical data such as the page you came from. We do not sell it.

When you submit a requirement we store the company name you provide, your email address, what you are looking for, and which page you sent it from. The last item is used to measure whether our pages are useful.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to answer them and for our own record of how enquiries arrive. We do not publish them.

You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, and we will remove it from our records. Factories listed in the directory can also ask to be corrected or removed.
