How this site is sourced and checked

This site is a reference for buyers sourcing from Guangzhou and the surrounding manufacturing belt. It covers the Canton Fair, the wholesale clusters buyers still travel for, and the factories behind them.

A figure appears here only when we have the source on file. Every cluster profile and every Fair page shows the source it came from and the date we last checked it, so you can judge the information rather than trust it.

Sources are graded. An official source is a government body, the Fair organiser or the market's own operator. A media or association source is a signed report or an industry body. We label which one applies on the page itself.

We do not publish what we cannot support. There are no opening hours on market pages because they change and a wrong time costs you a wasted morning. There are no phone numbers or contact names, for the same reason a directory of names is worth little: the person who owns the record decides who gets it.

We do not sell ranking, we do not take payment for a listing, and we do not accept payment to include or drop a figure. If a page cannot be supported by a source, it is not published, however useful it would be commercially.
