New bag collections land ahead of the Canton Fair and ahead of a season. Vendors are strongest on new arrivals in those windows.

Ask when the next drop lands and note it on the ticket.

Sample before you run

Order a sample set for a first season and commit to a full run only with sell-through data.

Photograph retained samples so re-orders are accurate.

Plan and re-order

Build a calendar around the drop cycle and the fair window, with a week of buffer for re-orders.

Re-orders are easier when the vendor recognises your colour book.
