Shahe versus Baima and Shisanhang: which market for which buyer

All three sit walkable from Guangzhou Railway Station but they are not interchangeable. Match the market to the buyer, not the other way around.

When Shahe is the right choice

Shahe suits buyers of budget fast fashion, volume orders and factory-direct stock.

Pricing is lower and floors are less polished.

When Baima is the right choice

Baima fits mid to high range women's and men's fashion, original design and brand showrooms.

Expect higher unit prices and cleaner runs.

When Shisanhang is the right choice

Shisanhang carries womenswear and childrenswear across a wide price range, from low end to first-tier domestic brands.

It is the most mixed of the three.

How to decide

Write down your end customer and price band first, then match the market.

At least one of these markets will be wrong for your buyer; that is fine.

Visiting more than one

Shahe early, then Baima or Shisanhang later in the same day.

Consolidate once at the end.

Positioning and tenants change; treat as orientation.
